J. Nadene Delaney, Philippi, WV - One of Islets of Hope's hardest working volunteers, Mrs. Delaney has struggled a lifetime of hardships and medical problems including hypoglycemia, insulin resistance, and fibromyalgia syndrome.  Mrs. Delaney is legally now considered a disabled person, but she still has pluck and determination and manages to fill her days trying to help others in need.
